HTPD 2023 conference is coming up. What will be discussed and what happened last time?

The 6th international conference devoted to high-throughput process development (HTPD) and smart process development (PD) will take place on October 31 – November 2 in Valletta, Malta.

As on previous conferences, HTPD 2023 will, with the support from industry leaders, cover a broad range of topics related to smarter and more efficient process development. Both the evolution of mature HTPD platforms for mAbs as well as the development of new HTPD approaches for nanoparticles like cells, viral vectors et al, will be discussed.

In silico process development will remain to be an important topic, and this year you will have the possibility to join a pre-conference day devoted to mechanistic modeling and quickly get up to speed on the latest advancements of model-based process development. The sessions guided by Cytiva modeling specialists will cover an introduction to the topic, benefits, and basic workflows of in silico process development and a deep dive into case studies and further fields of application.

We are also pleased to have Professor Martina Micheletti giving a plenary talk on the topics of bioprocess fluid dynamics.

The Organizing Committee, invite you to the 6th HTPD meeting and look forward to meeting you in Malta in October 2023.
